As you gaze into the eyes of the Unseelie King, you can't help but draw closer. His power is so great that a single kiss would be enough for the coldest-hearted woman to fall madly and deeply in love.
Family:
... I suppose, seeing as you're the female version of my dark mortal self, that you're something of a sister...?
Favored Mortals:
... My mortal counterpart left you to fend for yourself... I will try to do what he would not, and protect you, but I cannot heal your deepest wounds...

A child who doesn't know who she is or where she belongs... I'll have to take her under my wing, then.
You're a stubborn one, aren't you, love? I'll win you over eventually, though~
Someone has hurt you deeply...

Mortal 'Pets':
My first human subject~
Oh, dear~ You seem to be a bit more stubborn than most, but you still belong to me, little mortal~
The first mortal to present herself willingly.
Joint custody, mm? I'm afraid I don't share very well~
Enemies:
You have captured my heart entirely, my dear~:
I never would've expected YOU of all people.

King Kirkland is of the proud Fair Folk, beautiful and powerful, but unpredictable.
As an Unseelie, he is immortal and ageless, forever young and handsome.
As such, he enjoys using these advantages over beautiful mortal women who strike his fancy. He has yet to really fall in 'love' with anyone, but he's more willing than his Hetalian *coughtsunderecough* to profess it.
He will flirt back if other men flirt with him (and if he's drunk enough or if it's Admin assissted rape, he'll go through with it,) but he'll only actively pursue women.
His ero-zones are his eyebrows (duh) and his wings. If they're ripped off, it won't kill him, but he'll be in a great deal of agony until they start to heal and grow back.
He will use his entrancing kiss to ensnare any mortal woman who strikes his fancy. It will leave her with a desire to remain in his court for the remainder of her life, or until her new master should release her. Usually, she has been in the court for a few hours, resulting in her being missing from the mortal world for years on end. Often, her family and friends will have mourned for her, presuming her to be dead, and moved on. She will then pine for the Court Under-the-Hill, and he will return to welcome her back.
Though the Unseelie are mostly mischievous at best and downright evil at their worst (but not nearly as hateful as Darkling Elves,) and generally detest human beings, Arthur is fascinated by mortals and seeks to change the preconceptions about his race. He is normally kind to mortals, but only those worthy of it. He is also harsh on members of his court that needlessly torment human beings, condemning them to a temporary fate among their victims and branding them as Changelings.
Members of the Court
Ebony & Wyvern: Arthur's loyal guard Draconians
Lady Gwendolyn Lightshaft: an ex-Darkling Elf turned traitor, has been exiled after attempting to aid Maximilian, King of the Darkling Elves (P2 Unseelie Arthur) in his uprising.
Lord Edmund Whitewall: a Dusk Elf, very melancholy at first (like the rest of his specie,) but much friendlier and outgoing once one gets to know him than the rest of his kind.
